These are showroom floor models, last year's models, and units a customer ordered and then changed their mind about. Every one carries the same full manufacturer warranty as a brand new unit, and the same employee install crews put it in. There is one of each. When it sells, it comes off the list.
Twenty one units, sorted by category, biggest savings first. Prices below are for the unit only. Installation, venting, gas line, surround and stone are quoted separately after a free in home Preview. Call and ask for a unit by model number, because the list changes weekly.
